Make sure you adhere to the product’s Instruction For Use Manual (“IFU”) and allow a few weeks of daily use of the LUSTRE device to see improvements in the condition of your skin. If you’re not happy with the results you are getting, you can claim your refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.

We offer the Money Back Guarantee at our cost in goodwill and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.

LUSTRE ClearSkin (by Ambicare Health Ltd.) will replace authentic devices and attachments eligible for warranty service with merchandise of equal or better quality. Every new device includes a 60-day Money Back Guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product.

  1. Ambicare Health’s Money Back Guarantee is subject to a maximum period of 60 days from date of purchase. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered;
  2. Refunds only available to UK and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over, who register their device on the LUSTRE ClearSkin website https://www.lustreclearskin.com/register-a-device/
  3. No bulk, trade or third-party applications will be accepted.
  4. Products purchased second hand via C2C websites are not eligible.
  5. A valid e-receipt showing the purchase of the appropriate product is required.
  6. Only valid claims will be accepted.

A valid claim comprises of a completed, legible email or postal correspondence, including:

  • Applicant’s full name;
  • A current and valid email address;
  • Applicant’s Bank, PayPal or Credit card details with which the product was purchased;
  • An uploaded/printed and enclosed, valid itemised e-receipt showing the product in question;
  • A description, in as much detail as possible, how you used the product in question and the result. Please also include:
    • the name of the product model,
    • product serial number (found on the IFU),
    • approximate number of applications,
    • and details of any unexpected results.
  1. Ambicare Health reserves the right to refuse any e-receipts that:
  • Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
  • Fall outside of the stated Money Back Guarantee period of 60 days from the date of purchase;
  • Show geographical delivery locations outside of the UK and the Republic of Ireland;
  1. Successful claimants will receive a full refund as shown on their e-receipt less Handling and Shipping costs.
  2. Full refunds will be sent in the form of a BACs transfer or via PayPal using the original payment method only. Claimants must ensure that their bank/PayPal details are correct, Ambicare Health Ltd. cannot be responsible for any payments made to the wrong account or that cannot be made due to incorrect details being provided. Such payments may take at least 28 days from the receipt of a valid application.
  3. The original product packaging and enclosed product must be returned to us in good condition and should not be damaged beyond reason.
  4. Valid on LUSTRE ClearSkin Solo, LUSTRE ClearSkin TRIO and LUSTRESTRIPS.
  5. Claims cannot be made via any other retailer stocking our products, unless otherwise specified.
  6. Ambicare Health Ltd. reserves the right to verify all applications and to refuse to award claims where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this offer’s requirements.
  7. Ambicare Health Ltd. reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.
