Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LUSTRE® purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
- LED Light Therapy Devices: Must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Skincare Accessories: Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
Please Note: All returned devices will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Opened skincare products, serums, or topical treatments
- Used or opened hygiene accessories (face masks, cleansing tools)
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Products purchased with promotional codes or during special sales (unless faulty)
- Gift cards and digital products
Faulty or Damaged Devices
If your LUSTRE® device arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage:
- LED Light Therapy Devices: 2-year manufacturer warranty
- Accessories: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
- Coverage includes: Manufacturing defects, electrical faults, and premature LED failure
To request warranty service, please contact our support team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We may ask you to perform simple troubleshooting steps before arranging a replacement.
Refund Process
Returning your LUSTRE® purchase is simple and straightforward:

Email us at support@lustreclearskin.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Package Your Return
Securely package your item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the package.
Ship Your Return
Send your package using the provided return label or your preferred tracked shipping method to our returns facility.
Refund Approval & Timeline
Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality assurance team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Inspection Period: 2-3 business days from receipt
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-7 business days depending on your bank
You will receive email confirmation once your return is received, inspected, and processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Total Timeline: Most customers receive their refund within 7-14 business days from the date we receive their return.
Return Shipping
Who Pays for Return Shipping:
- Faulty or Damaged Items: LUSTRE® covers all return shipping costs via prepaid return label
- Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: LUSTRE® covers all return shipping costs and expedited replacement
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns to ensure safe delivery to our returns facility. LUSTRE® is not responsible for items lost in transit when customer arranges return shipping.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We're happy to facilitate exchanges for different models or colors, subject to availability and price differences.
- Direct Exchanges: Available for identical items in different colors or sizes
- Model Upgrades: Pay the difference for higher-priced items
- Store Credit: Available upon request instead of refund to original payment method
- Store Credit Validity: 12 months from issue date
To arrange an exchange, mention this in your initial return request. We'll provide specific instructions for your exchange.
